The ‘Canon Bollywood Shootout’ Contest is being organized by Games2win India Private Limited (Games2win), 42, Film Center, 68, Tardeo, Mumbai - 400034 in association with Canon India Private Limited (Canon), 2nd Floor, Tower A&B, Cyber Greens, DLF Phase III, Gurgaon - 122002 and is valid from 11th June to 26th July, 2009.
Sending of entries constitutes submission to the following Terms and Conditions of the Contest:
1. To participate in the Contest, play the ‘Canon Bollywood Shootout’ game hosted on Games2win.com.
2. All you need to do is complete all 3 levels of the game and submit your high score.
3. The Contest is open only to Indian Nationals permanently resident in India.
4. Multiple entries can be submitted by the participants.
5. Incomplete or Invalid entries shall be disqualified.
6. No purchase required for participating in the Contest.
7. The prizes on offer for this Contest are: 3 Canon PowerShot A480 Cameras
8. Winners will be selected on the basis of the high scores submitted in the game. In case there’s a tie for the top 3 high scores, winners will be selected by a random computer generated draw organized by Games2win amongst the high score entries.
9. Winners will be informed by email or phone latest by 1st week of August, 2009.
10. In case the winners are informed by email, they will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prizes to Games2win by replying to the winner email within 7 days of receiving the same. Failure to send in the confirmation within 7 days will automatically result in forfeiture of the prize; the prize-winner shall have no claim to the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
11. Each prize-winner shall be entitled to only one prize.
12. The prizes are non-transferable and non-encashable either in part or in whole. No requests for exchange or cash in lieu of the prizes will be entertained.
13. The prizes shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. The taxes payable on the prizes, if any, will be borne by Canon.
14. Prizes will be delivered by courier at the address provided by the winners.Games2win and Canon shall not be responsible for loss of prizes in courier or if the address provided by the winner is incorrect/incomplete or if the winner is unavailable at the address.
15. Games2win and Canon will not be responsible for any delay or failure of delivery on part of the Courier Agency.
16. Games2win and Canon will not be responsible for non-transmission of entries/emails due to network/server problems.
17. Games2win and Canon shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any entry due to Acts of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount or compensation whatsoever to any participant for any loss arising there from.
18. Games2win and Canon reserve the right to change or modify the Contest without any further notice.
19. Games2win and Canon shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of the Indian Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
20. All disputes related to the Contest shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
