In return for allowing us to sponsor your game(s), we will pay you a sponsorship fee and provide you with statistics on the performance of your game vis-à-vis our other popular games. The sponsorship amount we can pay will depend on the quality of your game. |

Ideally less than 1 MB in size |

Preferably with a scoring system |

Sponsorship Terms: |
| 1. |
The game will be exclusively sponsored by us. |
| 2. |
The game should not be previously published on the web. |
| 3. |
You should be the game's legal copyright holder. |
| 4. |
Game must be completely original and should not infringe on other trademarks, copyrights or intellectual property. |
| 5. |
The Games2win.com Pre-loader, Intro screen after the Pre-loader, In-game logo, a More Games link (on the Main Menu and Game Over screens) and integration with our High Scores system will need to be incorporated by you. |

Developer Credits with a link to your website will be on a Credits plate. |
| 7. |
You retain full ownership of the game. |
| 8. |
We will host the sponsored game on Games2win.com and will have the right to distribute the game to other popular gaming websites. |
| 9. |
You can also host the game on your website or submit it on other websites provided (i) the version of the game is the one that contains the Games2win elements, logos, links and (ii) the game is hosted on our site first. |

The sponsorship period of the game would be perpetual. Once sponsored by us, the game cannot be modified or renamed and then sold on as a different game. |

Once the final game is approved by us, we will send you the sponsorship amount. The payments would be made through PayPal. |
