It
appears that everything's going online these days. Now, you can visit a
dance bar on the net without worrying about the cops and their
unforgiving deadlines.
The only drawback is that while you can
look and touch your favourite dancers in reality, you can only look at
these virtual dancers, since they are part of an online game.
That's the plot of this new game
called 'The Return of the Dancing Queens,' in which you, the
shaky head drunkard, have to try and find a way past all these online
bar dancers without touching any of them!
A minor brush past or
a touch, could result in the entry of bouncers whose only aim
is to drag you out of the bar, thus ending your game (and dance bar
experience).
This new online game even has a, shall we say, 'chamiya'
background score, for those who are willing to shell out money on the
dancers. What's more, these dancers certainly had the right moves to
the right music tunes!
Just out of curiousity, we asked the
game developers if their research involved a lot of visits to dance
bars? Mahesh K of games2win told CNBC-TV18, "Unfortunately, they're all
shut!"
Well, while in real life the dance bars
may be shut, but you could now go online to re-live a similar
experience, as long as you keep your hands to yourself and watch out
for the bouncers!
