T7's initial team comprises leading gamers, and the venture will strive to showcase the country's best gaming talents by enlisting new members. It has identified 'Counter Strike' by Valve Corporation and 'Need for Speed' by Electronic Arts as the two most popular online games in the country.

The initial members of the T7 in the Counter Strike category include Mikhail Mehra (winner of World Game Masters Tournament 2006, India), Ben Verghese (winner of World Cyber Games 2006, India), Amar Ratnam (winner of Electronic Sports World Cup), Ritesh Shah (winner of Kode5 2006 India), and Hasnain Sayed (winner of Reliance Game Box 2007).

Youth who are passionate about gaming must have their expertise and energy channelised into the right direction and the Temple of 7 will help them do that. We'll provide training, equipment, travel and board for tournaments and also make sure our gamers are well represented to corporates for sponsorships and endorsements."
