| Games2Win.com (G2W) has now launched a unique game
called "Negotiator", wherein players have to be just that -- negotiators!
The challenge is "to save the day using all the right words"; the game
tests gamers' analytical thinking without alienating the most essential
aspects of any casual game.
Each level in this strategy game
challenges gamers with sticky situations better known as 'missions'. Be it
suicidal men, bomb threats or demands for ransom, you've got to act like
the silent hero and pull it off by asking the right questions.
At
each level, you're faced with subjects who could be bank robbers or
suspected terrorists or kidnappers, et al. You're also given two or three
ways of responding to your subject. More often than not, the successful
completion of any mission depends on careful selection of weapon which is
invariably the spoken word in this game. You get to choose between audio
dialogues and plain text.
Games2Win claims "Negotiator" is more
like a sassy ten-minute Hollywood potboiler where you're the protagonist
who must find his/her way through.
Commenting on the new game,
Alok Kejriwal, founder and chief executive officer of Games2Win, said,
"When one thinks of strategy and logic games, they typically think of
online puzzles. 'Negotiator' brings in an adventure angle to the strategy,
and this gets users hooked. "The game could be a highly inventive training
tool," he added.
