Gunning for gold

Games2win.com (G2W), released Gunning for Gold — a game that allows users to take on the avatar of Indian sports’ most recent blue-eyed boy — Abhinav Bindra. This highly stylised shooting game gives users a chance to ‘virtu ally’ earn their own gold medal for the country!

The 2008 Olympics, shooting event finals form the exciting setting for Gunning for Gold. Players get to represent India as a shooter and are up against finalists Qinan and Hakkinen. With addictive gameplay, users are quickly immersed into this fast-paced and electrifying game-version of the Olympic Event that won India glory.

Players must use their mouse to aim and shoot their way through ten rounds to reach the top spot — much like the real version of the 10m Air Rifle Event. The faster you hit the bull’s eye, the better your score. The game has been very carefully and realistically built keeping in mind the real life competition that happened in the Olympics. Also, there is an introduction to Air Rifle Shooting for those who want to know more about the game.
