Now
developing flash games can really be a rewarding experience and that to monetarily. With
the motive of encouraging game developers to come out with more and more flash
games, leading online gaming portal Games2win.com is offering sponsorship fee
and statistics on the game performance through its Online Flash Game Sponsorship
program. Through this venture the company will buy licenses for hosting the flash
games on its portal from both individual as well as studios. The
developers have to register online at Games2win.com to submit their games which
will be then reviewed by the Product team, Product Head and Game Producers of
the company. The sponsorship period for games can be anywhere from a month to
a perpetual license. Basic requirements
for the games are as follows: 1.
Fully functional and bug free 2. Easy-to-play
and fun, with good replay value 3.
Ideally less than 1 MB in size 4. Preferably
with a scoring system Talking
to AnimationXpress.com Games2win's Product Head Mihir Shah shared, "We
are open for sponsoring any number of games, provided the game is good and appeals
to consumers." When asked about the criteria of judging the games he explained,
"A system called the predictometer, rates games according to visuals, sounds
and game-play replay value. It also lets us predict the number of times the game
is played. We use the same to select games that qualify for sponsorship,"
he added. Games2Win has so far received
a lot of submissions for the same and has sponsored about 10 games till date.
Few among the sponsored games are - Bull Rage, Higher Love and Maze Mania. As
games on the portal are played by youth across the country, Games2win is looking

Simulation, having knowledge of software such as real flow, real wave and Maya
Partical dynamics and Simulations. MEL scripting will be an added advantage.

Lighting Artist: With minimum 2 years of Experience, knowledge of renderman
and mental ray will be an added advantage.
3) Texturing Artist: With
minimum 2 years of experience. BFA/MFA will be an added advantage

Matte Painting Artist: BFA/MFA with minimum 2 years of experience. COMPOSITORS
1)
Sr Compositors: With an experience of 2 years. Having experience on
Nuke and/or Shake will be an added advantage.

Wire Removal and etc.
3) Roto Artist: Freshers having knowledge on any
